which served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater.
Born October 18, 1924 in Oak Park, IL, son of the late Harry and Sally (Kwiatkowski) Trout.
He worked as a electrical contractor in Chicago, IL, was an instructor for National Electrical Code studies and also taught National Electrical Code at Harper College, College of Dupage and College of Lake County.
He was the Past President of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1663.
A member of the National Academy of Electrical Contracting (NECA) and author of the Electrical Contractors "Code Question of the Day" for their website.
In addition Charles has had articles published in the Electrical Contractors Magazine and wrote and had published two books on electrical code.
In November of 2006 Charles was awarded the Allen Coggeshall Award, which honors a member of the NEAC who is adjudged to have made outstanding contributions in progressing the technical/training service fields of the electrical industry.
He was a member of the Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Trout moved to Hernando, Florida from Boca Raton, FL in 2000.
