Formerly from Tennessee, was a resident of Homosassa, Florida.

Kenneth was born in Mifflinville, Pennsylvania, on June 28, 1933,
to Harry Edward Fisher and Grace Irene Robinholt Fisher.

He served in the Army with a SP/4 rank for 11 years and received an honorable discharge.

During that time he served in the Korean War and received many citations.

He moved to Homosassa, Florida in 1972 and was very active in the community.

He was a member of the Homosassa Moose Lodge and DAV.

He volunteered his time to umpire Little League games in Crystal River and Homosassa.

He was best known as "Shakey".

He leaves behind several children; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Viewing was be held at Wilder Funeral Home in Homosassa from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Jan. 28, 2015,

followed by a Military Graveside Service at Fountains Cemetery in Homosassa at 12:30 p.m.
